1. Do you offer returns?

There are NO RETURNS at this time

2. Do you have an exchange policy?

Yes we offer EXCHANGES within 15 days of purchase for a different size of same item or equal price.  Items must be unworn, makeup and deodorant free and in original package.  

3. Can you return accessories?

Accessories such as masks and water bottles are FINAL SALE.

4. Can you return sale items?

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

5. Can you ORDER any of the items?

Yes you can pre order anything you would like for a 50% deposit of the price, NON REFUNDABLE after 48 hrs of placement.

6. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for the order to arrive.

7. How often do you get NEW merchandise?

New items will arrive quarterly.  New colors if available will be added every 6 to 8 weeks.

8. How often are the products restocked?

Products will be restocked every 4 to 6 weeks.

9. Do you offer shipping?

Yes we do offer shipping.  Prices will vary depending on city, province or country.  

10. Do you offer curb side pick up or drop off?

Yes you can pick up your order at business location near Square One.

Depending on location there might be an additional fee for curb side drop.
